Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email [email protected] We accept return within 15 days of your purchase. We only accept returns unused products if it is single use product. We will issue a refund to your credit card or Paypal account. Please note that we do not offer exchanges.
If the product(s) received do not comply with your order or arrive damaged by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at [email protected] with photos. The carrier will be notified and the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
To return merchandise to La Verne, please follow these easy steps:
Step 1: Please email us at [email protected] to receive your Return Authorization number.
Step 2: Ship your package to the return address below. Be sure to include your RA number on your package and on your Return Form.

If you received a FREE product, sample or gift with your purchase, it must be included with your returns in order to be refunded in the original form of payment.
Step 3: Place your merchandise in the original shipping box. If the original packaging is not available, please use a sturdy box or padded envelope to prevent damage in transit. Return the package to us using the delivery service of your choice. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
Your return shipping via Canada Post/USPS will take 5 to 10 business days to arrive at our facility. Upon receipt, it will be processed within 2 to 3 business days. Please note: Only products purchased on www.beautymaskfactory.com may be returned for a refund.
